Partners are not siloed to one functional or industry team – they get ample opportunities to train on new methodologies and develop experience in a variety of industries. HawkPartners provides substantial investment for both internal and external training, and our structured advising program provides Partners with development opportunities and consistent mentorship.
Our low Partner turnover limits gaps in project teams and fosters knowledge sharing, allowing consistent teams to continuously grow with each other and our clients.

At HawkPartners, we emphasize the importance of Partners taking initiative in issues they are passionate about, like sustainability, racial justice and social events. We encourage Partners to work on internal teams to pursue firm-wide initiatives and provide opportunities for them to have significant input into firm strategy.
We have offices in several cities across the US, as well as a number of Partners working remotely from other areas. We view our offices as a collaborative space for those who want it, but office attendance typically is not required. Partners also have the freedom to change offices or work from new locations as personal situations dictate.
Full home office setup is covered for all Partners – including internet, phone and technology – regardless of their preferred work location.
We gather semi-annually for company retreats, support travel to other office locations for in-person collaboration, and provide opportunities to travel for client work. Plus, Partners get travel-related benefits like airport lounge access and Global Entry.
Health insurance premiums are 100% covered by the firm.
We provide fully paid parental leave regardless of gender, as well as bereavement and sick leave for deaths and emergencies.
We provide a sizable monthly stipend for fitness, mental health and wellness.
Partners get unlimited sick days, a generous amount of vacation days, personal floating holidays, and one month of additional paid “refresh” vacation after their tenure.
We offer competitive salaries, plus significant bonus opportunities based on firm performance.
Each employee participates in internal and external group training opportunities and up to $3,000 per year for individual external training and conferences.
The company makes profit-sharing contributions to each employee’s 401k right away – with no match or vesting requirements.
The firm matches charitable donations up to $2,000 per year for each Partner. We empower our teammates to take active roles in their communities by supporting causes they care about and scheduling office-wide service days throughout the year.

It’s been said that for parents, the days can go on forever, but the years fly by in a moment. I frankly feel the same about my decade and a half at HawkPartners…a lot of hard, long days that were the foundation for the most challenging and rewarding professional experience of my life…and it all just flew by. Testament to a firm that thrives on strong values and true humanity.
Fifteen years fly by when you enjoy going to work every day, and I can thank all my great colleagues and clients for that!
Every day for the past five years, I’ve thought about how fortunate I am to have joined HawkPartners.
