Susan Jensen is a founder of HawkPartners and has helped build and execute all facets of administration for the firm. As the business grew, she implemented HRI and accounting systems and continues to negotiate all benefits for the company. Susan manages the facilities and operations for all offices and has been on the team to plan all company Retreats since its founding. She has over 35 years of experience in executive administration and provides counsel and expertise to all employees across a multitude of administrative areas.
Prior to HawkPartners, she worked for Mercer Management Consulting, Ernst & Young and Bowne Decision Quest as an executive assistant providing support to CEO’s and C-level executives. She has a history of providing exceptional, advanced and complex administrative support for executives, management teams and employees at all levels.
Susan spends her free time with her children and grandchildren and loves to cook and entertain for family and friends. She also enjoys traveling to new and old destinations.
Susan attended Northeastern University and Bryant College. She is a member of several domestic and international meeting groups and has served on the Board of Directors for the Wilmington Community Fund.
