Shannon Conway works across a range of industries to uncover marketing insights that guide actionable strategies for clients. Her experience includes working with global clients across various business functions to inform marketing, product planning, go-to-market, and customer acquisition and retention strategies. Her work includes a mix of qualitative and quantitative research techniques as well as consultative analysis that explores the key factors driving market dynamics.
Before joining HawkPartners, Shannon worked at Kantar Worldpanel, a market intelligence and research firm within the WPP network. There, she was responsible for analyzing trends and the competitive landscapes of 14 markets, including US, China, India and EU5, with a focus on the technology and telecommunications industry. Specifically, Shannon’s work included acting as an industry analyst for the wearable tech market, advising market leaders on drivers for adoption and forecasting the future opportunity.
Raised by a long line of Bostonians, she had the misfortune of not discovering avocados earlier in life. Now, she spends much of her spare time traveling to the West Coast where she enjoys running, hiking and generally staying active.
Shannon received a BA in Sociology and Economics from Harvard University.
