Emily Collier

Emily Collier works with clients in complex industries to develop insights-based marketing strategies for a variety of audiences. She helps leaders in pharmaceuticals, technology, and financial services navigate key business challenges, designing effective strategies grounded in the voice of the customer that have the internal buy-in needed to succeed.

Emily leads domestic and global engagements, which often include custom qualitative and quantitative approaches for gathering primary insights. She provides clients with workshop design and facilitation that leads to strategic action, aligning large teams around key insights, inputs, and next steps. She also has deep experience developing internal communication strategies for major global clients on topics such as healthcare, change management, and workplace policies.

Emily has been with HawkPartners over a decade. Her perspective as a consultant is informed by a wide range of previous work experiences, including pursuing a career in opera. She holds a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.Phil from the University of Oxford (Jesus College).
