Cristina Javens

Cristina Javens has worked across a range of industries, including education, consumer-packaged goods, and global healthcare. Leveraging a deep understanding of behavioral economics and multicultural communication, Cristina helps clients navigate their toughest challenges. Cristina joined the firm full-time in 2023 following an internship where she established a strong foundation in gathering insights and synthesizing findings.

Cristina analyzes both qualitative and quantitative market research to reveal key insights and arrive at actionable recommendations. She is especially interested in the social structures that facilitate consumer decisions and perceptions of value, and she strives to apply that understanding to a company’s competitive market strategy.

Cristina received a BA, Magna Cum Laude, in Sociology with High Honors, with a minor in Public Health Policy from Dartmouth College. During her undergraduate career, she provided strategic research and policy recommendations to state legislative committees on critical issues facing the states of Vermont and New Hampshire. In her free time, she volunteers as an English tutor to Spanish speakers.
