Tong Su works with clients across a variety of industries including health care, financial services, and technology to develop custom marketing strategies. She leverages her experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to discover impactful insights and deliver actionable recommendations. She is passionate about utilizing innovation and strategic thinking to assist clients in areas of product and service assessment, brand positioning and tracking, value proposition development, and advertising.

Prior to joining HawkPartners, Tong worked as a Behavioral Research Fellow at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management where she collaborated closely with top researchers in the fields of psychology, marketing, and organizational behavior. She contributed to numerous publications on topics such as consumer behavior, attitudes, motivation, and brand attributes.

Tong spends time outside of her work cooking, climbing, and discovering new restaurants and attending concerts in Chicago. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new cities in different parts of the world.

Tong received a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Mind, Brain, & Behavior from Bard College.
