Matt Danilack works with clients across a variety of industries to develop insights critical to achieving their marketing, branding, and strategy objectives. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies operating in various industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods, among others. Leveraging qualitative and quantitative research techniques, he helps brands generate targeted messaging, cultivate behavioral insights, develop immersive customer experiences, and utilize data analysis to deliver comprehensive global strategies.

Prior to joining HawkPartners full-time, Matt fulfilled his life-long dream of playing professional soccer. In January 2018 he was drafted into Major League Soccer and spent the year playing in the United States, Iceland, and New Zealand. After deciding to move on from the game in early 2019 to pursue his interest in marketing and behavioral economics, he worked in management consulting in Honolulu, Hawai’i. There he helped public and private organizations solve challenging problems, ultimately with the goal of contributing to Hawai’i’s future.

Upon returning to the east coast and before joining HawkPartners full-time, Matt interned at the firm where he conducted qualitative and quantitative research to help companies implement various marketing strategies.

Outside of the office Matt enjoys indulging his competitive nature. Whether it be running in marathons, or playing soccer on the fields of New York City, he hopes to continue his athletic pursuits as long as he is able. He also enjoys immersing himself in NYC’s diverse theatrical scene; attending plays, concerts, and other shows when he can.

Matt received a BA in Psychology and Economics from Dartmouth College.
