Marjorie Almansi serves as Human Resources Lead for HawkPartners. In this role, Marjorie leverages more than 30 years of experience across a number of human resources-focused roles within financial, pharmaceutical, and non-profit verticals. In addition to her HR experience, Marjorie served as the COO of a tech startup for many years focusing on governance, controls, and human capital. Marjorie specializes in Employee Relations, Team Building, Recruitment, and Conflict Resolution.
As an Employee Relations Specialist, Marjorie has navigated a variety of complex issues within the workplace, focusing on optimizing outcomes for the organization. She also spends a significant amount of time creating and building effective teams, focused on creating strong and diverse partnerships.
Marjorie is an avid rower, runner, and biker. She also enjoys cooking, traveling with her family, and hiking daily with her dogs. Marjorie serves on the advisory board of Westport Pride and serves as a mentor for Horizons Bridgeport.
Marjorie received her bachelor’s degree at Boston University.
