Lisa Cole works with clients across a wide range of industries, including insurance companies, educational institutions, legal services and nonprofits – with much of her work in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and financial services industries. Lisa has a strong interest in mental health and new pharmaceutical/medical products. Her research encompasses new product development, competitive intelligence, marketing and communication strategies and customer satisfaction. Lisa utilizes qualitative, quantitative and secondary research.
Lisa joined HawkPartners after taking time off to raise her children. Early in her career, she worked for Mercer Management Consulting where her primary focus was in the hotel industry. Her work, included both quantitative and qualitative research, addressing issues from guest satisfaction to new product development.
After living in Paris, Lisa became a loyal Francophile. She is always on the lookout for opportunities to visit the “city of light.” Despite her love for France, she has a passion for authentic Mexican cuisine. She enjoys cooking it as well as exploring new and unknown Mexican restaurants in every part of the world, France included.
Lisa received her BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
