Hanka Heiplikova has over fifteen years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, management and human resources. Hanka’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting, general ledger management, payment processing, banking and assisting with special projects as needed.
Prior to joining HawkPartners, Hanka worked for over ten years as a finance and human resource manager at SalesNexus LLC, a CRM software company. She managed all financial aspects of the company including P&L, strategic financial and organizational planning, technology and vendor lifecycle development. Hanka helped the startup to reach profitability over a five-year period and to grow net profit by 10% while reducing costs year-over-year by 13%.
Hanka loves sports of any kind. She is a former professional volleyball player who enjoys skiing, running, traveling but also some quiet time with her family. She is also fluent in Czech and Slovak.
Hanka holds a BA in Management from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
