Grace applies her expertise in research and strategy to support clients across various industries. She tackles both qualitative and quantitative projects, blending insights from interviews and focus groups with rigorous data analysis. This approach helps uncover deeper understandings and develop actionable solutions, addressing clients’ unique challenges and opportunities through strategic recommendations.

With a BA in Sociology and Public Policy from Dartmouth College, complemented by a minor in Global Health, she brings a nuanced understanding of societal trends and global perspectives to her work. Her academic experience includes studying abroad in several countries, which broadened her perspective and deepened her appreciation for diverse cultures.

Initially joining HawkPartners as an intern, she honed her research and strategic planning skills before gaining valuable experience with the National Urban League. She then returned to HawkPartners full-time, bringing her enriched expertise to the firm. Outside of work, Grace volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters NYC. Her diverse experiences and commitment to professional and personal growth enable her to deliver impactful, insightful strategies that drive success for her clients.
