Destini Armstrong works with clients across a variety of industries to uncover insights that inform strategic marketing and business decisions. She has experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research engagements and is passionate about leveraging research and insights to inform thoughtful brand development and strategic brand initiatives.
Prior to joining HawkPartners, Destini worked as a consultant at Quadrant Strategies, a Washington, D.C.-based market research firm. There, she partnered with Fortune 500 clients across technology, media, entertainment, healthcare, and other diverse industries to address complex strategic and marketing challenges. Her work included brand testing, concept testing, brand reputation management, communications strategy, and product and policy strategy. Through this work, she collaborated closely with clients to identify key business questions and develop strategic, insight-driven deliverables.
Destini has a strong interest in qualitative research and enjoys exploring the emotional and behavioral factors that shape perceptions, engagement, and decision-making. She is excited by translating research findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support effective brand, communication, and growth strategies.
Destini received a B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature and a minor in Global Health from Middlebury College.
