
Tony brings a deep passion for action, impact, and organizational effectiveness to his work with leaders, teams and organizations. In both his internally and externally facing roles, Tony’s work has focused on firm-level strategy, market analytics, organizational alignment, and leadership development. Over his consulting career, Tony has worn many hats, including serving as interim head of marketing for a leading hospital, a Fortune 500 data storage firm, and the e-health unit of a major health plan. Tony’s marketing consulting career has spanned nearly 40 years: twelve with Mercer Management Consulting, twelve with Sherbrooke Partners, and fifteen with HawkPartners (eight of those as Managing Partner). Tony retired from HawkPartners in February of 2024.
