She has a depth of experience across marketing disciplines with a deep expertise in brand strategy and implementation. Over her career, Lara has substantially grown brand awareness, increased brand consideration and expanded brand loyalty to achieve industry leading customer growth. Lara has a special enthusiasm for supporting organizations in developing and launching new products and in identifying and reaching new customer segments. Whether small business owners, millennial investors, or secondary educators – she has launched successful new products that have attracted new audiences and enhanced brand preference.

In her role at HawkParters, Lara leverages data and analytics to drive customer growth by crafting brand and marketing strategies to reach and convert the optimal customers.

Before becoming a HawkPartners Advisor, Lara served as Chief Officer, Marketing & Communications for Facing History & Ourselves. In prior roles she was a senior marketing executive for leading financial services brands and a Principal at a predecessor to Oliver Wyman.
