“AI and digital commerce have reshaped the leverage points in go-to-market. Distribution alone is no longer the advantage. The edge now comes from sharper choices – where to compete, how to win, and what to eliminate – and from embedding those choices into pricing, portfolio focus, and operating discipline.”
