He has served as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer, most recently leading the global GTM function at Universal Audio, where he oversaw marketing, e-commerce, retail, and customer care across a complex portfolio of hardware, software, SaaS, and subscription-based offerings.
John has guided organizations through periods of growth and change, including digital transformation, the adoption of agile marketing operating models, and the shift toward subscription-first and product-led growth strategies. His work focuses on helping leadership teams translate strategy into execution by aligning priorities, operating models, and decision-making across functions.
