John Bigay

John Bigay is a senior go-to-market and growth leader with more than 20 years of experience building and leading marketing, sales, and customer organizations, with deep experience in technology-driven businesses. He has served as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer, most recently leading the global GTM function at Universal Audio, where he oversaw marketing, e-commerce, retail, and customer care across a complex portfolio of hardware, software, SaaS, and subscription-based offerings.

John has guided organizations through periods of growth and change, including digital transformation, the adoption of agile marketing operating models, and the shift toward subscription-first and product-led growth strategies. His work focuses on helping leadership teams translate strategy into execution by aligning priorities, operating models, and decision-making across functions.

In addition to his operating roles, John advises CEOs and executive teams on go-to-market strategy, organizational design, and execution effectiveness, particularly in complex, fast-changing environments. He is the founder of Stillpoint Growth Partners, where he works with leadership teams to reduce friction, improve clarity, and drive sustainable growth.
