Marc Jacobson empowers companies to harness the power of artificial intelligence to drive growth and fuel innovation. Marc believes that succeeding with AI requires more than just training and deployment of a model – it’s about embedding AI into operational processes and customer experiences that unlock loyalty and deliver efficiency. In his role as an advisor with HawkPartners, Marc works with firms across the AI product development lifecycle to discover and prioritize opportunities, build business cases, and define a blueprint for success.

Recently, Marc led product management and strategy for Infogain’s NAVIK AI platform designing and developing solutions to serve the needs of Fortune 500 sales, marketing, technology, and operations leaders. Marc guided a product team through the emergence of Large Language Models (LLMs), developing enterprise solutions grounded in customer needs, and powered by an agent-based architecture with a retrieval augmented generation (RAG) framework. Previously, Marc worked with Forrester Research and Wipro Technologies serving in marketing, strategy, and consulting leadership roles.

Marc earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a certificate in business analytics, with distinction, from the Harvard Business Analytics Program.
