Susan Jensen

Susan Jensen has over twenty-five years of experience in executive administration. She has been with the firm since its founding in 2003 and is involved in all administrative aspects of the business.


Prior to joining HawkPartners, she worked for Mercer Management Consulting, Ernst & Young and Bowne Decision Quest as an executive assistant providing support to senior executives.   Susan possesses an extensive background in generating complex spreadsheets, preparing reports, creating agendas and budgets, problem resolution, calendar management, planning, and business meeting logistics, including complex travel arrangements.  She has a history of providing exceptional, advanced and complex administrative support for executives, management teams and employees at all levels.


Susan spends her free time with her four children and loves to cook and entertain for family and friends.


Susan attended Northeastern University and Bryant College.  She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Wilmington Community Fund, a local non-profit organization which assists community residents in need.
