Maddy Holker works with clients across a variety of industries to generate insight critical to achieving their marketing, product, and brand strategy objectives. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies on market opportunity assessments, customer insight and experience improvement, and brand strategy development. Through qualitative and quantitative research techniques, she helps clients develop actionable solutions to build their businesses.
Prior to joining HawkPartners full time, Maddy was an intern at the firm. During her internship, she helped conduct qualitative research with physicians from several different specialties to assess market entry and positioning strategies for a specific drug. In addition, she conducted secondary research and analysis for a pharmaceutical company exploring innovative technology-based strategies to improve customer experience.
When away from the office, Maddy can be found running through the streets of New York or swimming laps in a cold pool, and is exploring the transition from competitive swimmer to triathlete. In addition, she loves to travel and explore both the art history and cuisines of various cities.
Maddy received a B.A. in Psychology from Williams College.
