Amanda DeMarco has worked with clients to develop a variety of successful marketing, product and communications strategies. She has led several large-scale international and domestic engagements for Fortune 100 clients, predominantly in the financial services and retail sectors. She has experience with a variety of complex quantitative analyses including discrete choice modeling, Max Diff analyses, key driver analysis, latent class segmentation, brand equity tracking, Net Promoter Score, and product optimization.
Prior to joining HawkPartners, Amanda was a Senior Consultant at Marketing and Planning Systems (MaPS), a quantitative market research and marketing consulting firm. At MaPS, she developed and managed a large-scale international customer satisfaction tracker for the corporate payments business unit of a Fortune 100 financial services company. She also served as a project manager on a multi-million dollar rapid response platform for a Fortune 15 retailer, which contributes to the largest proportion of that client's domestic market research performed in a given year.
Amanda enjoys the seasons in New England but - originally from San Diego - will always be a West Coaster at heart. In her spare time, she can be found running along the Charles River or hiking the trails outside of Boston. A perpetual student of human behavior, she also loves to travel to learn more about international cultures and ways of life.
Amanda received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
